I am leaving this review in regard to our first project with JFC Pro’s – complete residing of our 2 story colonial. I was obtaining estimates to reside the house with James Hardie Cement Board Siding. Dealing with the team at JFC Pro’s was extremely easy, this was my experience;Reached out to them online due to their existing reviewsJoe followed up with me within 2 days and was out at the home for an overview within a couple days and offered to provide me an estimate in a few daysJoe followed up to let me know, verbally that he could do the job for, now about the estimate;Joe was willing to give me the Price over the phone, no sit appointment required to tell me the costI obtained two other estimates first, neither was willing to tell me a high end range without a 2 hour sit down appointment. After a number of back and forth they sent through a written estimate. One was for 3 times JFC Pro estimate and the other was Double the JFC estimate. After agreeing the number sounded good, Joe set up time to review the contract and address any questions with the contractor who would be running the job. Bill was our contractor and was excellent – more later.Joe agreed on a start date and a payment scheduleBill was here on time day 1 and every day to supervise various aspects of the job. In addition to Bill, we also had an onsite manager and a crew that was neat, respectful and hard working. Every day the site was meticulous when the crew left.Bill consulted with us throughout the project to let us know where an issue was encountered; (i.e. rot) and what our options were to address it.Bill and his crew found an ants nest and took it out and sprayed the remnants to ensure no future returnThey had the crew take off and fix a few boards that they were not happy with the appearance of (this was spotted by the team before we had to say anything)This experience could not have gone better, yes Bill and the crew dealt with delays in shipping due the C-19 pandemic but he communicated extremely well, he provided options for how we could address things, he consulted with us throughout the project and is an absolute pleasure of a person. Best yet, we let JFC pick our dental moldings for the home, wow – better than anything we could have chosen.We are now on our 3rd project with the crew, thank you to the team at JFC Pros. We needed a staircase rebuilt and some siding fixes around the house to get ready to list for sale. Not only did they respond quickly, they provided a great estimate and made additional recommendations for low-cost improvements we could make to the yard and house. The work is now done and it is beautiful. We are so happy with the work they did because it is done right, they showed up when they said they would, and they worked around our schedules. We will never hire anyone else again.

Bill and the crew at JFC Pros did a great job renovating my kitchen and bath. Bill kept me informed throughout the process and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with my new kitchen and bath.

I have recommended JFC pros to many people based off of my personal experience of hiring them for a major renovation including build out of a dormer on the second floor, the installation of two bathrooms, and installation of all new heating and plumbing, and exterior work including roofing, siding and deck work. JFC Pros did a great job fixing a damaged wall in our basement.They completed the work very quickly (much faster than a competitor suggested) and they went above and beyond to fix other things that were not in their quote at no additional cost!

Built an addition for us and got it finished quickly. ..considering the trouble the town gave us at the beginning Joe and his crew were able to complete the entire job within 2 1/2 months! Excellent results, even installed a new driveway as well... Very pleased

JFC Pros has performed a tremendous job on the house! They got the place upside down and lift it up completely, loved the entire renovation, Structure reinforcement, kitchen, bath, living room and through out the house. Just in and out.Joe is an awesome guy!!Highly recommended!!
